Another great card! Did you do this from memory or by using the video as reference?

Also, like 'Garbage Day' this is something that totally passed me by until Snob mentioned it XD How many more films will he have to review because they go viral? XD

I used a bad quality YouTube video as reference. But I wish I could have done better, but during the time and now even, I have the flu, which was given to me by a band at a concert.

So it was kind of difficult to concentrate on not making the painting run a lot, which it did.

I dunno why but when you said the band gave you the flu, I instantly had a mental image of the band throwing out little vials of flu virus out to the crowd like the most insane freebie ever. Hope you get better though!

Also, what made you choose this particular part of the scene? Considering there was a LOOOOOOOOOOOOT of material there for parody XD

And now I wanna see a cinema snob animated parody of that scene... my mind is all over the place today XD

It was an indoor concert and the band was on a big stage but they where only like 8ft away from me and they all had the flew, but they didn't want to cancel, so they where singing in front of me for over an hour.

Well, I choose that shot since its what everybody has seen, with it being its most famous scene. But I haven't seen the full movie.

When Brad tells me what a review is going to be, I get the title and then look for what I can about it on the internet. I have only ever seen a few films before he reviews them (like 6 out of the 106 I have done) and Brad himself hasn't seen the film, mostly, sometimes I get the title-cards done before he has had a chance to watch the movie he has chosen.

I could do an animated parody, but I work old school (hand-drawn, shot by shot, on paper, which is scanned in) and would take some time. I did have a cartoon I made featured on the Cinema Snob Website.

Ahhh that makes sense, I'm sure you weren't the only one to get sick out of that!

And fair enough, it's interesting to see how the process works! I imagine that there must have been a fair few times where you got told what the next film was and been like "That can't be a real title." or where you've been messed around by the curse of alternate titles! XD

Oh I know the pain of hand drawn animation all too well from my university days. My first two years were spent mostly hunched over a ligthbox or sat scanning stuff in as I listened to everyone else rabbit on about using the CGI software. Totally worth it though!

Me and 5 other people went, to my knowledge, its only me that is ill, so far.

When I started doing the title-cards, some film titles and films themselves did get me by surprise, but not anymore, the only real problem is when the film is really rare and there is nothing on the internet about it, I just have to think of something, or make a lucky guess.

I never did animation in university, or anything like that, just at home, using the same means I do hand-drawn title-cards. I have thought about doing a video showing how I do title-cards, but need the right moment and time to do it.
